Hyundai Automotive South Africa has chosen to renew its airbridges contract at Cape Town International Airport (CIA) through Primedia Unlimited subsidiary Wideopen Platform. The initial three month contract with the media owner will be extended by a further six months.
“Hyundai has taken eight airbridges in total at CIA. Its newest creative advertises the launch of its redesigned i-Range on this space,” says Ryan Cohen, sales director at Wideopen Platform. “The six month extension is a result of an initial positive response to the campaign as we move forward in building a solid ongoing relationship with Hyundai. The advertising will now run from September until February 2011.”
With media strategised by the Jupiter Drawing Room Cape Town, the branding at CIA spreads over 1100m2 – six airbridges on the domestic side and two on the International side.
“The eye catching branding ensures that each passenger, whether moving through the domestic or International terminals, are aware of Hyundai’s new i-Range (i10, i20, i30, ix35). It’s impossible to miss,” he says.
